The use of SmartVPN service is subject to acceptance of the terms of use detailed below .

Please note that the term "you" refers to the subscriber / user and that the term "we" refers to SmartVPN and anyone working for SmartVPN.

As a subscriber to our service you agree to the following terms :

1. You must not use our service to hack or attack, or scan other computers or networks on the Internet.
2. You must not use our service to transmit viruses, trojans, malware or any other program that could affect the operation of other computers or networks on the Internet.
3. You must not use our service to attack our servers or impact the quality of our service.
4. You must not use our service to send any form of unsolicited data. This includes and is not limited to, the sending of junk mails (SPAM).
5. You must not use our service for criminal purposes. This includes and is not limited to, use of stolen credit cards, use of stolen credit card information, use of stolen payment accounts (Paypal, Hipay ...) .
6. You must not use our service to deliver, receive, sell or share files subject to the copyright rights without the consent of their owners.
7. You must not use our service to threaten or harass others.
8. You must not use our service for any kind of activity related to child pornography (pedophilia).
9. You must not use our service to send emails phishing or identity theft.
10. You must not share your SmartVPN account with others. You are responsible for all activities related to your account.
11. You must not log on several of our servers with a single account.
12. We can not guarantee the quality of connections (Cuts, Speed ​​..) it is random from one region to another and beyond our control and therefore we can not be held responsible for direct or indirect damages and loss of profit, which may arise from the use of our service.
13. We can not be held responsible for any consequences resulting from the use or non-use of our service.
14. We reserve the right to suspend your account without notice or refund if we receive complaints from ISPs or other users.
15. In no way SmartVPN can be convicted under its responsibility for damages exceeding the amount paid by the user SmartVPN during the last 12 months.
16. We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Use at any time. So it is your responsibility to periodically check these conditions in case of change and respect it.

This is our agreement when you accept the terms of use.

If you violate any of these conditions, we guarantee the right to suspend your user account without notice or refund.

Our priority is to protect your anonymity. We do not allow any kind of criminal activity on our platform.
